Every moment of every day has good and bad in it - every person we meet has strengths and weaknesses - every situation has pros and cons. Every event contains both the handiwork of God and the counterattack of the enemy.
The question is: What will you choose to magnify?
Whatever you focus your magnifying glass on will appear larger than everything else. When we choose to magnify the bad, it appears larger than it really is. But when we choose to magnify God, we begin to get a clearer picture of reality.
You can focus on what's wrong with your life and be miserable, or you can focus on what's good in your life and be joyful. The choice is yours!
Affirmation to Recite: I am a blessing to God when I choose to be grateful and hopeful, no matter how difficult my circumstances. Based on Luke 1:46-52.
Challenge: Think of 5 things you are grateful for, write them down and CHOOSE to focus on them today.
